Kirsti Mäki lives in the old timber farmhouse that her family has owned since the seventeenth century. The farmhouse is built on a rock, part of it are former stables for horses. The house contains many historical objects that the family has gathered over the centuries.
One room is full of her art work. Kirsti loves stones in their various shapes which she arranges into fascinating sculptures. She has also made hundreds of paintings on wood, mostly in life-sized.
